Writing Your Life Story

Classes will be held will be held on the third Monday of each month in our Conference Center and will continue until July, 2012. A workbook is provided which is divided into sections that signify decades of your life. Each section contains questions to prompt memories from your life. Stretch Your Potential Yoga Clases

Certified yoga instructor Joie Connelly will teach a one hour yoga class from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. in the historic Maison Duchamp, located in the heart of historic St. Martinville. Students are asked to bring their own yoga mat and towls, and to wear loose fitting clothing. Shoes will be left at the door. Cost for the complete thirteen week yoga class will be $50.00.
