The Second Annual Spooktacular Children's Halloween Carnival will be hosted by UL Lafayette student organizations on Sunday, Oct. 30 from 2 - 5 p.m. at Fraternity Row near the Cajundome. Children 12 and under are invited to attend the event with a parent or guardian in attendance. Guests can enjoy a variety of free fun-filled activities such as carnival games, face painting, trick or treating, a haunted house, a fun jump and an area to decorate pumpkins.
