National Pancake Day

National Pancake Day For every short stack of buttermilk pancakes served on National Pancake Day, IHOP guests are invited to make a voluntary donation to Childrens Miracle Network Hospitals. Donations made at IHOPs in the Lafayette area will benefit the Childrens Miracle Network Hospitals program at CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital.
