Mervine Kahn Company Employee Reunion

Former employees of the Mervine Kahn Company, Inc. department store in Rayne, LA are invited to a reunion on Sunday, May 26, 2013 which will take place at The Crossing at Mervine Kahn, 113 East Louisiana Avenue in Rayne, LA. Lunch will be served at 12 noon, and all former employees and family members are invited to attend. Mervine Kahn Former Employee Reunion tickets are available for $20, and can be purchased in person from Sadies Flower Shop, Rayne Bank of Commerce, by calling the Rayne Historical District Association Martha Royer at (337) 334-3489, or by emailing kathleenlanthier@yahoo.com. A chicken breast etouffee reunion meal will be served. Coffee and dessert will follow. The reunion concludes with the premier of a 30-minute documentary entitled Mervine Kahn Legacy, which debuts in The Bank next to the Crossing at Mervine Kahn reception area at 2:00pm. An additional $10 donation benefitting the Rayne Historical District Association, a non-profit organization, will continue to fund this amazing documentary series.
