The Bayou Vermilion District is pleased to present a rotating year round exhibit in partnership with the Lafayette Art Association to be featured in Vermilionvilles restaurant La Cuisine de Maman.
The Lafayette Art Association (LAA) artists will outfit the restaurants dining and glass porch areas with various artwork mediums that will be available for viewing and purchase each week Tuesday Sunday from 10 a.m. 4 p.m. To view selections from the exhibit and for pricing information click here or call (337)…

Laurence Young Exhibit

The work of Massachusetts artist Laurence Young will be on display at the Rue Du Pont Galerie through May 31.
Young describes his work as a translation of the use of light on an object into color. His studio paintings employ a cold wax medium added to oil paint, which he stresses with heat thereby creating rich, complex, colored surfaces reflective of Provincetown, MA and its artistic history. Laurence Young Exhibit

The work of Massachusetts artist Laurence Young will be on display at the Rue Du Pont Galerie through May 31.
Young describes his work as a translation of the use of light on an object into color. His studio paintings employ a cold wax medium added to oil paint, which he stresses with heat thereby creating rich, complex, colored surfaces reflective of Provincetown, MA and its artistic history.
